Wappingthorn.

Go up the B2135 north of Steyning and turn off right to Wappington farm. The farm itself has follyish additions. Keep going and take the first track on the right and you arrive at Wappingthorn Water Tower. It used to hold 10,000 gallons of water but is now a private house. It still needs a little work doing on it but it is a unique place to live. The stairs spiral around the outside to a summer house on top.
